Refunds can be requested at any certain point of time. The only thing a user should do while initiating a refund is to provide us with necessary details ( Name, transaction receipt provided by our payment gateway ). This should be done before the campaign reaches its goal, User can reach us through any medium of communication i.e (social media platforms or Mail )
